foot residential
estate in an exclusive oceanfront East Hampton community inhabited
by well-known residents like Jerry & Jessica Seinfeld was built as a
spec house by sports marketing entrepreneur Dan Shedrick.
The estate features an $80,000 luxurious master
bathing retreat, for which Mr. Shedrick hand-picked our gorgeous
Kajal (black) stone
tiles for the floor surface.
In Mr. Shedrick's own words with respect to
